Alida A. Verdino



Meet Alida

Alida A. Verdino joined the firm in 2005 and in 2011 assumed leadership of the Legal Marketing and Real Estate Departments. Alida has extensive experience representing private and corporate clients in real estate matters for commercial and residential transactions. She drafts and negotiates commercial and residential leases, contracts, shareholder agreements, and operating agreements, and aids in the formation of S corporations and limited-liability companies.

Alida also represents clients in various landlord and tenant matters in New York City and Long Island, and manages a caseload consisting of general negligence, premises liability, professional liability, construction litigation and commercial litigation cases. Before joining Gallo Vitucci Klar, Ms. Verdino was an associate at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker LLP for two years, handling professional liability cases. Alida is fluent in various languages, namely Italian and Spanish and is proficient in Japanese.

In her spare time, Alida enjoys traveling internationally, especially to Italy and Croatia. She also loves playing the piano and spending time with her husband, three children, Marko, Giselle, and Chase and their mini schnauzer Pepper.
