  • Successfully defeated summary judgment on lead poisoning claims in which infants claimed exposure as a result of the ownership, operation, construction, inspection, maintenance and repair of real property and construction sites.
  • Obtained dismissal of various negligence, product liability and Labor Law claims in a case where the plaintiff, an employee, claimed she was injured as a result of exposure to asbestos, mold and other toxic substances at the work site.
  • Obtained a defense verdict in a case involving claims of medical malpractice and wrongful exposure to allegedly dangerous prescribed anti-malaria medications that were alleged to have caused the infant plaintiff to suffer numerous physical, psychiatric and psychological injuries, including depression and schizophrenia.
