Meet Ivan

Ivan C. Torres joined the firm as a partner in 2017. He has been practicing for over 15 years. He joins Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP from a nationwide firm where he previously worked as a partner for 2 years. Ivan focuses his practice on New York Labor Law, Construction Defect, Transportation Liability, Commercial Litigation, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Losses and Excess Monitoring.

Ivan believes that the best results are achieved by maintaining open lines of communication between he and his client while simultaneously providing the client with an authentic and candid evaluation of the case while relying upon his years of experience.

Ivan also strives to serve as a mentor for younger associates to ensure a smooth transition into the practice of law while ensuring that the client is provided with the best possible defense.

When not in the office, Ivan is a devoted father and husband who enjoys spending time with his son, Grayson, and his wife, Jennifer. He is an avid runner and plans to run his first marathon in October. He is also a die-hard Mets fan.
