Michael Ammirato concentrates his practice on premises liability, bringing a wealth of experience from his ten years of operating a Per Diem practice and representing both plaintiff and defense firms in personal injury matters. His legal expertise is broad, encompassing court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and presiding over Administrative Proceedings as a Hearing Officer and Administrative Law Judge for both the City and State of New York. Before joining the firm, Michael served as Associate General Counsel for the New York State Liquor Authority, where he was primarily responsible for charging and prosecuting licensed establishments operating in violation of the NYS Alcoholic Beverage Law, Penal Law, and local regulations in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and traveling to his second home in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
