Meet Howard
Howard L. Cogan joined Gallo Vitucci Klar in 1996 and became a partner in 1999. Mr. Cogan focuses on representing individuals, as well as privately and publicly owned businesses, during all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal. His areas of practice encompass commercial litigation, construction law, general negligence, insurance coverage, product liability, premises liability, contract drafting and negotiation, and general business advice.
Community Service- Mr. Cogan’s pro bono activities include assignments as an Arbitrator in the Small Claims Court of the City of New York.
