Meet James

James is a part of the Labor Law Group, Appellate Practice Group, and Insurance Coverage teams. Prior to GVK, James gained experience as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department. In addition, he worked at a mid-size firm where he worked on securities law, labor & employment, and constitutional law matters.

During law school, James received an LL.M in International European Business Law, with honors, in Lyon, France. James was a research assistant for Professor Aaron Twerski and a federal judicial intern for the Honorable Esther Salas at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

James is an avid fan of the Knicks, Giants, Mets, Paris St. Germain, and St. John’s basketball. In his free time, James enjoys brushing up on his French, watching sports, and reading about foreign affairs.
