Martin is a trial attorney with over 30 years of experience trying complex cases in all metropolitan New York venues. He has tried transportation, premises, slip/trip and fall, negligent security, elevator/escalator and NYS Labor Law cases with much success. He has often been asked by clients to step in on the eve of trial to try cases in traditionally “plaintiff friendly” venues such as Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. Martin serves as a volunteer Judge for the annual Jerome Prince Evidence Competition at his alma mater, Brooklyn Law School.
Martin has a daughter and a son. His son is also an attorney. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing the bagpipes with the American Celtic Pipe Band, watching sports, and attending cultural events.
