Meet Roberto
Roberto focuses his practice on the defense of commercial transportation companies, their drivers, and their insurers in all aspects of complex litigation in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. Roberto is experienced representing national bus and trucking companies from pre- to post-litigation, including immediate response services provided following catastrophic accidents. In addition, he has extensive experience with matters involving products liability, toxic torts, insurance coverage disputes, consumer and insurance fraud, commercial and contract issues, and premises liability.
