Meet Scott

Scott P. Eisenberg concentrates his practice on the defense of commercial and residential properties against premises liability claims and property damage. Scott works with his clients to develop aggressive resolution strategies that cost-effectively achieve success. To accomplish this, he takes a team approach to his defense strategies, working together with clients, insurance carriers, investigators, and experts. He is an aggressive but practical negotiator and has been successful in obtaining favorable settlements for his clients in informal negotiations as well as formal mediation.

When not in the office, he and his wife enjoy watching their two children participate in various sporting endeavors, both for school and independent leagues. He also enjoys taking walks with his wife and dog and being a part of the Marvel/DC Universe with his son.
