Meet Tammy

Tammy A. Wilson is a litigator with close to two decades of experience in both state and federal court. As a partner with Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, Tammy specializes in construction law, including construction defect, property damage, and New York Labor Law. In this respect, she has defended owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in various construction-related claims.

Before coming to the firm, Tammy was a partner at a national law firm specializing in the additional fields of premises liability, commercial transportation, business litigation, and entertainment law. Her representative experience includes municipalities, utility companies, international corporations, commercial trucking companies, and high-profile celebrities. She is licensed to practice law in both New York and Georgia and is admitted to practice in several federal courts.

When not in the office, Tammy enjoys running, weight training, and cooking delicious food.
